New project ahead: DOCKS ahoi.

The DOCKS are a landmark and pioneering building in the VILLAGE IM DRITTEN: covering 9,000 m², they offer an environment that goes far beyond the classic range of commercial real estate. 

In the heart of Vienna's third district, we are creating a place in the DOCKS where new work, neighborhood and urban development come together in a new way.

A New Work hub will offer a mix of flexible spaces, coworking, event and exhibition areas, and a working café – creating a future-oriented location for companies, startups, and initiatives that want to leverage the synergies of a growing urban district.

We are developing this multifunctional new work environment for ARE URBANIQ on around 2,000 m², with a focus on exchange and innovation:
On the ground floor – with a prominent glass front – a marketplace is being built, centered around a working café, around which work opportunities, a chill-out zone, a pop-up kiosk, and the ARE URBANIQ customer zone are being created.
On the level above, we have designed an event venue, also with a prominent glass front and a view of the Arsenal opposite. The offerings on the upper floor are complemented by meeting rooms with various technical equipment, including a podcast studio. The plans also include a spacious private office, whose zoning was designed according to activity-based working principles. 

In addition to user-centered room layouts, we place a strong focus on the sustainability of the project: high-quality, durable furniture, the targeted use of reused furniture, and a resilient, versatile usage concept are at the forefront.
