Freshly moved in: the new office of ELL - European Locomotive Leasing

We had the privilege of designing the new working environment for European Locomotive Leasing at Julius-Tandler-Platz in Vienna – based on the values that distinguish ELL: dynamism, efficiency, and sustainability.

Instead of the previous two floors, there is now a well-designed open-plan office on a single floor. This was a bold move by the management, which was supported by everyone involved from the outset: requirements, wishes, and ideas were gathered in a joint workshop – openly, directly, and practically. This resulted in a room concept that offers both flexibility and opportunities for retreat.

The result: an office that facilitates concentrated work, spontaneous discussions, and collaboration in equal measure.

A big thank you to Christian Kern for his trust and to Divna Bull (née Kozomaric) for her collaboration, which was characterized by openness, focus, and trust.

What makes us particularly happy: The next ELL office in Munich is already in the works! 🤝
