Project Management as a shared practice
13.Apr.2026
Today we kicked off a three-part project management training at PLANET architects, bringing together our team to reflect on and further align how we work across projects. Over the past year, our studio has grown significantly.
At the same time, our project landscape remains highly diverse - from long-term office developments to fast-paced exhibition design projects.
This diversity is at the core of what we do. It also requires a shared understanding of how we collaborate, make decisions and navigate complexity together.
With this training, we are taking the time to:
• align on shared processes
• create clarity across teams
• and ensure that everyone (especially new team members) feels confident within our way of working
For our clients, this translates into: clear structures, smooth collaboration and consistent quality across all project scales.
Particularly valuable was the exchange within the team itself:
There were many questions (and just as many answers - thanks, Jeanny Gucher!)
While formal training provides a solid foundation, we also value the process of experimenting, discussing, and reflecting together to achieve a shared vision.
And yes — no proper kick-off without a sweet break in between.
Thanks Laura for the post-Easter Colomba 🕊️
