Spaces for Focus and Connection
For the software company Dynatrace, PLANET realized a new, adaptive work environment in the emerging Reininghaus district of Graz. Covering 3,500 square meters, it provides space for employees for an international team.
The design takes its cues from the surrounding landscape: wide sightlines to mountains and hills, earthy tones, and green accents define the interior.
ACTIVITY-BASED WORKING AS A KEY ELEMENT
Flexible work thrives on variety: workstations, hot desks, breakout zones, and themed meeting rooms foster agile collaboration.
A CULTURE THAT CONNECTS
The office environment creates space for social interaction – from spontaneous encounters to a game of ping-pong – strengthening team spirit and a sense of community.
CALM SPACES IN A DYNAMIC SETTING
In the midst of the dynamic working environment, a quiet zone invites you to pause and recharge.
The lush greenery creates a pleasant atmosphere.
STREET ART MEETS ARCHITECTURE
A two-storey mural by Toyz (Oxymoron) translates the surrounding mountains into an abstract, atmospheric artwork.
"WE WANT TO BUMP INTO EACH OTHER MORE OFTEN!"
Open staircases connect the four floors and encourage spontaneous interaction.
OFFICE WITH A VIEW
The generous terrace extends the office into the open air — a space for quiet work, shared meals, and after-work gatherings.
