A Man, A Century...

We succeeded in uniting the concepts of exhibition space, concert hall, creative center and open space for encounters.

At the beginning of the design process we asked ourselves: How can we tell the story of a whole lifetime by using mostly graphics? But we didn't only turn towards pie-charts and pictograms. Our motto: Moving on from text to graphics!

A life is told along staves

The foundation of our exhibition concept is made up of staves along which Ernst Krenek's life unfolds: interactive graphic boards are arranged as notes on these 5-line displays.

An information design that invites you to dive in.

To provide the versatile use of the space, we created mobile exhibition displays that can be easily moved.

The most important invisible design element: seamless acoustics!

This enables fantastic spatial and listening experiences.

INVISIBLE DESIGN ELEMENTS AND MOBILE DISPLAYS

Ernst Krenek (1900-1991) is one of the most important and multifaceted composers of the 20th century. He was not only an outstanding musician and thinker, but an equally great pedagogue.
